I’m the face behind Ashley Gibson Photography, a Western North Carolina photographer! I’m a wife, a mom, a cheer coach, a business owner, and honestly… probably someone who has way too many ideas running through her head at any given time. 😂
Photography started as something I loved, but over the years it has grown into something I truly can’t imagine not doing. I love capturing the big, meaningful moments, but I also love creating something completely different and unexpected.
Whether it’s a wedding day, a senior session, family photos, an athlete showing off what they’ve worked so hard for, or one of my crazy Paint Powder Experiences, my goal is always the same:
I want you to have FUN.
I don’t want your session to feel stiff, overly posed, or like you’re just checking “pictures” off your to-do list. I want you to laugh, be yourself, try something new, and walk away with images that actually feel like you.
And if you’ve been around my work lately, you’ve probably noticed my love for sports and Paint Powder Photography. 🎨💨 What started as an idea has turned into one of my favorite things to create. I love taking an athlete’s personality, their sport, and a whole lot of color and turning it into something they’ve never seen before.
I’m always up for trying something new, climbing a ladder for the shot, getting covered in paint, or coming up with an idea that sounds a little crazy at first. 😂
At the end of the day, I’m not just here to take pretty pictures.
I’m here to create an experience you’ll actually remember.
